I have a fussy family, especially when it comes to catering, and on their boats nothing is a problem for them to sort, including dealing with my one daughter who is a strict vegan and my daughter in law who is gluten intolerant.  Their service from the start to the end is exceptional.

The crew were absolutely amazing all round. The food never stopped coming and the drinks were always ice cold – all in all very well done. Henry and Crew were particularly excellent, especially when it came to fishing and the children. We caught loads of fish and I caught the biggest Tiger fish I have ever caught in my life! Thank you and well done, our trip would not have been the same without you ladies ensuring everything went as smoothly as it did. You are stars! Have a wonderful day.

WE DID IT!!!!!!  My husband had no idea where just the 2 of us were going for his 60th – I wish you could have seen his face when we drove up to the spectacular SOVEREIGN and all our friends were on board waiting to great us. It was fantastic.

Thank you for arranging the champagne, birthday cake and special dinner (but have to say the catering overall was superb).

It truly was the most amazing, special, spectacular trip that none of us will ever forget.

We are back from a lovely trip on board the Zambuka.  I really liked the fact that it is air conditioned and from my bed I could look out onto the Lake.   The Zambuka has an excellent crew and is a well run houseboat.

Oh my word, you said the Corsaro was the best on the Lake and you were not wrong – from the lavish cabins, to the spacious inside lounge area and well fitted open back and top deck areas.

Having the mesh mosquito netting put up all around the boat in the evenings was fantastic and of course a great bonus having air conditioning throughout the night.

Our guests were most impressed.

Ceri from Rhino Rendezvous arranged the most brilliant holiday for us on the Sovereign.  A group of 20 of us spent 5 nights on this fantastic houseboat and for most of the group it was the best holiday that they had been on…… anywhere.

We really enjoyed our trip on the Nyati. The layout of this boat suited our two families perfectly and we all loved having the pool on the top deck and also being able to sleep up there. Special thanks must go to the Captain Assan and his Crew for everything they did for us.

Sylvia, when you told us these boats were finished to the highest standard, I was a little doubtful and now apologize – they CERTAINLY are….. they are beautiful and sooo comfortable. In all honestly we will never do our own catering again – it made the whole trip more relaxing not having to run around buying all the groceries etc. Also having the fuel included was a bonus. Please let Captain Cephas know that I am bringing guests from Europe who are desperate to catch a Tiger fish – he was excellent with my last guests and they can’t stop raving about the experience of being on Kariba. One of our guests is vegetarian, I have shown her your vegetarian options and she is very happy with the meals on offer. Still on the catering, can you do like last time and offer “Zimbabwean” delicacies : croc tail, Mopani worms, biltong, deep fried kapenta etc.

I just wanted to write to you to extend our thanks for recommending such a wonderful boat, the Big Daddy was so much more than we expected. Everything was outstanding from the pick up at Harare airport, to the welcome at Marineland harbour and then walking on board and being greeted with such a warm welcome by the crew. I can’t find a fault in the boat, facilities or meals that the Chef produced.

We left 2 navy and white stripped towels on the African Queen, please would you hand them to the management for us.

We had a super time on the Africa Queen – it is not a fast boat so as long as you are not in a hurry to get across the lake she is perfect.

We enjoyed just taking in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake while sipping our ice cold cocktails, taking our time without a care in the world.

Just thought we’d let you know that all went very well with our trip to Kariba. We and our friends had a very relaxing time on the Philadelphia which was an excellent choice of boat. Just to let you know that it’s all but Praise’s from this Group who have just come off Osprey! It always puts a smile when we get good and encouraging Comments from our Clients.

They however pointed out that the Lighting System was not that good, especially in the Cabins, the Ladies could hardly see their Faces  at “Make Up Time” when they had to Dress Up for their Evening Themes!!!

The Lights were also a bit dim in the sitting area although they do understand it’s for keeping the Midges away!

All in all, they really had a ball and one of their Visitors from Overseas actually said it was one of her best Holidays, EVER!!!

And the Cream on the Cake, of course the Crew, whom they say were  just amazing – High Five to them from all of us!
